Admin: Hi Suzanne! Thank you so much for your interest in booking our space for your event! The 31st of May is indeed available and we can definitely accommodate 35-40 guests! The rental total would be $600 for the four hours for the full store, and if you wanted to pre-order any of the food listed on the form, we'll just need to know two weeks in advanced, so by the 17th ideally. During the event, there will also be coffee, tea, pastries and alcohol available for purchase. You'd get 30% off of any food/drinks since you are renting the full store.
