Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus, rounding out this traditional style into a benchmark lager.

The weather channel describes Lake Effect snow as a “mass of sufficiently cold air moving over a body of water creating an unstable temperature profile in the atmosphere.” Who cares. This beer, however, has nothing to do with that drivel. It was inspired by a summer spent drinking heaps of IPAs on a stoop on Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo, NY.

Meet the Porters offers up the best of a traditional porter with a flash of unique bittering hops to complement the roasted malts. Chocolate, espresso, a hint of smoke and a touch of intrigue are all right there in the aroma and in the flavour. Medium to full bodied with a creamy, silky mouthfeel, and a soft chocolately, luscious finish.

Need a worry free alcohol free beer? We got it for you. A lightly hopped and pleasantly refreshing pale ale, fermented with a brewers yeast which cant ferment Maltose. Tasting like a low abv beer due to this process you can enjoy the beer wihtout the effect.

Our pet octopus is a bit of a jerk. He’s that guy who has a couple then either tells you how much he loves you or threatens to fight you. So we brewed this IPA, with 8 varieties of hops and 8 types of malt. We targeted 88 IBU and 8.8% to appease him. Sadly, when he found out that we’d fabricated all of the above info, it only made him more volatile. We are starting to realize that Octopus was a poor choice for a pet.

Outside Jokes is all about balance. The idea with this beer was to create a Pale Ale that bursted with hop flavour and aroma, complement it with a subtly smooth bitterness and finish it off with a lively, crisp finish. A generous amount of wheat lays a lemony base for this beer, but it's all about the hops. Luscious mango, bright citrus and some delicate grassy notes shine from the combination of Citra, Azacca and Sultana. It's a well rounded representation of some of the most beautiful hops. A perfect everyday beer.

Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.

Simple Beginnings is a humble celebration of our first year. A single malt, a single hop, a single yeast strain, a single candle on the cake. We are so excited to make it this far and even more excited knowing that this is just the start. We have learned and changed a lot in just one year, we look forward to doing the same in year two. This Belgian style Saison is kept light and spritzy with a significant Citra hop presence of lemon peel and fresh grapefruit juice. The yeast contributes subtle fruitiness and a peppery spiciness. The Pilsner malt gives just enough of base of crackery, unleavened bread to support the flavors.

We took our beloved Fluctuation recipe, turned it upside down, and hit it with all our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops: Galaxy, Enigma, Rakau, and Nelson. Southern Lights pours a vibrant yellow and has aromas of candied papaya, white grape, pineapple, and melon. With bold flavors of citrus, papaya, white grape, lime, and green apple, it pours like a liquid fruit salad. Its body is thick and luscious with a bright #EQjuice forward finish. This beer should transport you to the Southern Light show in just a few sips.

Exploring reams of deep, dank space with the Rule of 3 in its DNA, Sparklefluff launches with a payload of smashed summer peaches for cushions of fierce malty fluff behind a force field of hops.
