As long as the number of people is under 25, you're good to use the party room, just please let us know as soon as you can if you think it will be around or may exceed that. No worries re: the food, an approximate estimate is a great start. Currently, Shrek is scheduled for that time window, and may be able to switch Max's shift that day, I will let you know.
