Admin: Hi Rose! Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed booking request. We’re happy to host the Jack & Jill baby shower at Cork & Bean! We can accommodate a capacity exception for this event, given the drop-in nature and staggered attendance you described. As long as guest flow remains reasonable throughout the booking window, this won’t be an issue on our end. Everything else in the booking looks good. If you want to add/remove food just let us know of those changes 2 weeks prior to the date of the event (preferably by March 15th). Drinks & pastries can be purchased on the fly on the day of the event and you will get 30% off of those as well since it is a full store rental. Anything else (ie: additional sandwiches, hot food or charcuterie we would request you let us know 2 weeks prior) The final step will just to be secure a deposit of 20% ($174.65). This can be paid either via e-transfer (admin@corkandbeanoshawa.com) or via credit card. If you want to pay via card, let me know and I'll send over a deposit link. Please note also note that there is an 18% gratuity added to the final tab at the end of the event.
