Admin: Hi Kathryn, thanks so much for your inquiry! The party room is indeed available from 2:30pm - 5:00pm on March 8th. We do normally charge an outside food fee, but since you are looking to getting several food items and will already be paying for the rental, I am willing to waive that fee. We do have over 80 craft beers in cans, craft beer on tap, wine on tap as well as liquor. However in accordance with local liquor laws, we are unable to allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages in, but we do have a decent selection in store! Anything additional purchased such as drinks, pastries, etc. you will also get the 20% discount on since it is a basement rental. Also, just also wanted to confirm that will there be 25 or less people in your group? Please also note that there is an 18% gratuity added at the end of the event. The final step to secure the booking is to lock in the deposit of 20% (192.56) which can be paid either via e-transfer (admin@corkandbeanoshawa.com) or via credit card.
