Admin: Hi Georgia! Thanks so much for your inquiry - we are happy to help you out with this. April 25th from 3pm - 7pm is indeed available, so we can get that locked in if you would like! Just confirming, will there be approx 50 guests in total? Since you are renting the full store, you will receive 30% off of pre-ordered food, and also any food or drink you purchase in store if you so choose. We have pastries, coffee, wine, craft beer & liquor all available & there would be 2-3 staff members to assist you during the event :) If you need to change anything food related prior to the event we just ask that you let us know 1-2 weeks out so we can ensure we are sufficiently stocked up! The final step to lock in the event is just to secure a 20% deposit, which would come to $348.37. This can be paid either via e-transfer at admin@corkandbeanoshawa.com or via credit card.
