Thanks so much for your inquiry - we are happy to help you out with this. April 11th from 1pm - 3pm is indeed available, so we can get that locked in if you would like!
Since you are renting the full store, you will receive 30% off of pre-ordered food, and also any food or drink you purchase in store if you so choose. We have pastries, coffee, wine, craft beer & liquor all available & there would be 2-3 staff members to assist you during the event :)
There normally is an outside food fee of $60 but we can waive that for the stuff you are bringing as you will already be purchasing a fair amount of food.
If you need to change anything food related prior to the event we just ask that you let us know 1-2 weeks out so we can ensure we are sufficiently stocked up!
The final step to lock in the event is just to secure a 20% deposit, which would come to $164. This can be paid either via e-transfer at admin@corkandbeanoshawa.com or via credit card. If you want to pay via CC, just let me know and I'll get a payment link set up!
