**Note** All of our party packages come with two hour access to the Party Room. If you wish to book additional hours, you will be prompted to do so, and each additional hour will be billed at a discounted rate of $50/hour as opposed to $60/hour (the standard hourly rate for the party room)
Do you need to reserve the full store?
Full store rentals are $200/hour with a minimum of 2 hours booked. If you choose to rent out the full store, then you will receive 50% off of all of your party packages.

All private bookings require a 20% deposit before they are confirmed. There is an automatic 18% gratuity fee added to the cost of the event. This gratuity fee is for the hospitality and service of our employees on the day of your event. There is a 30 minute grace period for people to show up, if they are a no-show, Cork and Bean reserves the right to utilize the space that was booked.
